Hi Laura – You could blitz up some of your favorite seeds in a food processor and swap that in, or just leave the almond flour off entirely. Hope you enjoy!

I made this meat ball recipe this weekend and tweaked it a bit. I sautéed onion, garlic, carrot and some celery. I then puréed this and added it to the meat. Also I used Coconut flour instead of almond. The result was amazing and tasted lovely.
