To give it a “twist” one time I made it exactly as directed, but cooked it on my charcoal grill … highly recommend this…

This is such a good recipe. If you enjoy meatloaf, this is a very classic recipe and the glaze elevates it to the next level of goodness. It’s a simple recipe using staple ingredients that you will have on hand. It freezes well, its great for leftover sandwiches and its a hearty dinner served with mashed potatoes and corn.
