This recipe is absolutely delicious and fantastic. I’m truly obsessed with it. I’ll make it at least twice a month,only because I use fresh salmon is pricey right now. I didn’t have the olive oil spray, so I used the olive oil from the bottle, and and it came out perfect, i also used the smoked paprika and it was also awesome with the substitution. I will try what the recipe calls for when I go shopping for the missing ingredients. This is now my true obsession with salmon. Thank you!! Thank you for my new to go recipe.

I used to shallow fry the salmon that required constant watching or used oven which didnt give the crispiness i desired. However this recipe has changed the game and there is no going back cooking salmon any other way.
I eat salmon at least twice a week and this is my absolute go to recipe , simple, quick and flavorful with right amount of crispiness

I used your recipe to make salmon in the air fryer for the first time. The salmon tasted light and healthy. The Dijon coating was subtle and not overwhelming. Paired it with a nice homemade soup. Thanks so much for sharing this. I look forward to trying the salmon bites recipe next!
