The tops turned out nice and crispy. However, the rest of the broccoli was just dry and chewy even though I added some water.

I used your suggestion about steaming and it worked great! I used rapeseed oil, garlic powder, and Parmesean cheese and cooked for 9 minutes. Turned out exactly how I wanted it and hubby loves it.

I used ranch hidden valley ranch seasoning on it with oil and in the air fryer 390 degrees 7 min delicious!!!!!

Perfect! Loved this and I will be making it again and again. Great flavor and great crunch. I air fried for 9 minutes.

This was delicious. I did add the thyme , also added parm cheese at the end . Yummy .
