I made this when my parents came up for a visit so we had something easy for lunch and they devoured it along with myself. I make my husband’s lunch everyday and he loved it as well. Fresh dill is a great herb to add to egg salad! And love the addition of spinach and apple. There really are so many delicious variations on egg salad. :)
