I don’t know if I read the recipe wrong, but I added ALL of the salt, cracked pepper and garlic powder mixture to season the raw chicken. Needless to say, the chicken was salty, but I just didn’t add any salt to the sauce and it was perfect!!5 stars

I am trying to eat cleaner and I have definitely enjoyed listening to you and even trying your recipes. I followed your suggestion of prepping for the week and so far so good. I made your delicious hummus recipe and even cut celery and carrots in water and had it in my fridge. So today when I arrived home ravished with hunger instead of going to the bag of chips I had the hummus. My husband even liked it! Then I had some salmon that I had made for the week as well as a salad drizzled with your recommended lemon vinaigrette. Again, the food was so good. And tomorrow I will make your tzakaki recipe for grilled chicken that I also made over the weekend. Thank you Lisa. I am so excited about finding you online and feel good about the path that my better eating journey is taking.5 stars
