Can’t beat a sauce that calls for a quick trip to the pantry section. Here’s what you’ll need.
Toast the hazelnuts. Toss them to a pan over medium heat and toast for 5 to 8 minutes.
STEP 1
Let the hazelnuts cool, then toast the almonds for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly golden. Then once the hazelnuts are cool, use a kitchen towel to rub the skins off.
STEP 2
Add everything into a food
processor or high-powered blender.
STEP 3
Blend until it's creamy yet chunky.
But if you want a smoother texture,
keep blending until it's smooth.
